Ginger Snaps!

This is the best recipe for chewy ginger cookies I have ever found. I thought that I had lost it the other day and I nearly panicked.

2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

3 tsp Ginger

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Cloves

1/4 tsp Allspice

1/8 tsp Cardamom

1 tsp Vanilla

2/3 cup Butter

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1/4 cup Molasses

Mix together and roll into balls using a tablespoon as measurement. Roll in sugar and flatten with the bottom of a glass. This recipe should make approximately 45 cookies. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
