  1. Hello, I used a recipe for “Fall off the bone pork chops” from this blog. Now I can’t find it:( Can you please send it to me or repost it? My kids really liked it.

    • That’s funny, I’ll look into it as soon as possible but for now I’ll just give you the quick version. In a cast iron pan fry the pork chops until they are brown and crispy on the outside. When you are finished with that put them on the bottom of a roaster pan or in a slow cooker and then open 1 or 2 cans of mushroom soup depending on how much you need and deglaze the pan with the soup. When all the brown stuff from the frying pan is mixed in with the soup pour the whole thing ver the pork chops and put them in the oven on a low heat. somewhere between 300-350 and roast them for any where frm 1 to 5 hours. I’m so glad that your kids liked it.
